You must call in by phone to Station New York at 718 354-4101 before you leave
home. Call in your Tono, Coxswain's name, Facility #, POB, Area (26, 19, etc)
When you are at the boat and ready to commence patrol, call in on VHF radio
Channel 21 to Station New York. Comms are 1/2 hour and are required. Call
in area (location) or grid or both.
By NOON WEDNESDAY, Frank Ferraiuollo needs to know the following
information. Name of Boat, Facility #, Coxswain's name, date, time and area
of Patrol.
Paperwork will be mailed to Coxswain. In an emergency, Frank can replace
the facility or Coxswain to fulfill the patrol. If you do NOT do the
patrol, you
must return blank orders to him.
If you know you cannot fulfill the patrol, tell Frank early so he can get a substitute.
